Automation Mechanical Design Engineer

Technical lead who has knowledge on designs customized automation equipment in respective areas of expertise, e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Application, Robotic programming experience and have knowledge about robotic, vision, camera specification. Automation machine design expert special on the mechanical area who can provide the solution in 3D, 2D drawings, simulation and have some others technical knowledge such as robotic, vision...is important for this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

. Works as technical project lead (project management) for providing customized automation equipment solution by coordinate with project team (cross functions/ Regional/ Global) or can works closely with Project Manager/Engineer to meet project objectives, on timeline and within budget.

· Reviews, understands and interprets requirements/specification accurately for integration into design of equipment.

· Ensures design for manufacturability.

· Acts as liaison with internal and/or external Assemblers/manufacturer of equipment to ensure all parts are manufactured to the design.

· Generates design drawings, installation manual, and user manual.

· Ensures all engineering times are logged into tracking system correspondent to the projects.

· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

· Experienced in project management
· Experienced functional knowledge of mechanical/electrical/software application and robotic programming engineering.
· Experienced functional knowledge of EMS industries.
· Experienced functional knowledge of automation equipment assembly and installation.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

· B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
· Minimum 7 years of working experiences in mechanical equipment design and installation.
· Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
