The Day-to-Day Activities

• Initiate and identify the best solutions for Grab partners for platform growth
• Lead Grab partner solution projects ensuring and optimizing day-to-day operations with team members and external vendors
• Develop dashboards and conduct data analysis to identify important insight for Grab products
• Set up and identify resource required for Grab's new projects and transform into SOPs
• Improve operational processes for better partner experience and ensure compliance
• Run ad hoc projects to serve business direction

Qualifications

The Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields
• 1-3 years of working experiences (Analytics background is preferred)
• Analytical skills, critical thinking with data-driven mindset
• Project Management Skills with detail-oriented
• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency for communication and negotiation
• Intermediate SQL skills (Presto) and Spreadsheet skills. Power BI and Python are plus.
