Assist in the day-to-day operations of the spa, including managing appointments, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the spa team to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients
Support the Spa Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance team performance
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant Spa Manager or in a related role
Certificate of massage of at least 150 hours
Good communication skills both written and spoken in English
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Registration with Health Establishment for Service Provider SPA
Excellent command of English
Computer literate with the ability to learn new software systems
