Preparing, processing and completing all documents for onboarding new clients and opening account for all relevant investment products as well as all the administrative work.
Respond to all client enquiries and provide resolution to most issues and requests.
Assisting RM on executing clients' orders covering both banking and investment transactions.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with RM and clients by delivering exceptional services.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Mentoring, motivating and guiding team members both within and outside own team, including assisting them in identifying potential errors, addressing challenges, and finding solutions.
Always ensuring the compliance with internal and external regulations and policies.
Job Qualification
Background in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Possessing relevant licenses, such as the IC license, is advantageous, or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe is required.
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, a fast learner, ambitious, energetic, and proactive.
Capable of effectively managing workloads and delivering work under time constraints and pressure.
Proficiency in PC and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is necessary.
