Assistant QA Manager – Development

1. Collaborate with technical, knitting, and pattern teams to confirm final fabric (hand feel, stretch, etc.) and pattern on test samples before submission. 2. Clarify fabric, measurement, and technical issues/unclear customer comments with the customer TD before proceeding to the next sample round, ensuring sample feasibility for bulk production. 3. Oversee the team to ensure correct quality and construction of all customer samples. 4. Manage customer systems for TD tasks and participate in weekly VC fittings with RTD. 5. Collaborate on grading with Customer TD and finalize grading specifications for bulk production. 6. Review and guide the team in approving the internal size set. 7. Manage the team for RAS reports and present at RAS meetings with DGI and the customer. 8. Report critical issues to the Development QA-Technical Manager.
