The team must be develop marketing strategies and campaigns that creatively address our partners' goals through our GrabAds service offerings.
Get to Know the Role
As an Assistant Marketing Manager - GrabAds and Partnerships, you will lead a strategic direction of GrabAds client and partnership campaigns and projects. We are looking for candidate with understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and the ability to translate insights into creative and effective campaign strategies that serve project goals. You will work with cross-functional teams to provide impactful solutions that drive results for our GrabAds clients and partnerships. You will report in to Marketing Head - Fintech and 5 days onsite at Grab Bangkok Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
GrabAds Client Campaign Development
You will lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns for a diverse range of clients. Develop strategic campaigns that align with clients business/marketing goals and brand position and measure the success by analyzing performance metrics.
You will work collaboratively with GrabAds client partners and marketing team to develop innovative campaign strategies.
You will build client relationships, offering insights and expertise to address their needs and drive long-term success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functions including GrabAds, Marketing, Internal creative, Social media, etc. to ensure the execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
Team Leadership
Lead GrabAds junior planners and provide guidance to help enhance the overall strategic capabilities.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
You have minimum of 6+ years of experience in marketing and strategic planning within a marketing, creative, or advertising agency, ideally with experience as strategic planner from a creative agency.
You have experience working with major brands and managing multiple client accounts.
You have experience with digital marketing, social media, and latest trends in the marketing industry.
You are able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal through presentation.
Creative thinker with an understanding of branding, advertising, and consumer psychology.
Analytical driven with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
