Assistant Manager, Delivery Operations - ShopeeFood Vietnam

• Lead drivers operations nationwide: oversee daily driver performance metrics such as activeness, delivery successful rate, lead- time & quality. Closely tracking performance metrics to spot out operations & system issues to take action.

• Develop understanding of Shopeefood riders & Vietnam shipper market to implement, revamp & apply suitable operation policies on large scale rider partners of the company.

• Propose strategic initiatives to improve driver performance, ensuring stakeholder alignment and cross-functional efficiency.

• Work closely with the Regional team to report on Vietnam driver performance, learn & compare across regions to find best practices to apply.

• Conduct BAU & ad-hoc reports of driver performance by collecting details from gthe round combined with system knowledge to deliver meaningful & practical insights.

• Can stay up-to-date and have fast reactions toward macro & micro changes of Vietnam gig economy to provide actions & driving delivery business improving year over year.

• Strong academic background: Bachelor's in Economics, Business & related fields..  

• Minimum 7 years working experience with at least 3 years in leadership roles, preferred background in logistics, food delivery, ride-hailing, or high-growth tech companies.

• Outstanding in communication and being able to handle human-related problems with sophisticated approaches.  

• Detail-oriented, strategic mindset & eager to learn in a fast-paced & dynamic industry.

• Comfortable working with data, executing reports, or using MySQL is a plus.

• Strong English in both verbal & written.  

• Eager to create impacts.
