About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate hospitality professional to join our leadership team as Cluster Assistant General Manager. This role supports the Cluster General Manager in leading operations, commercial performance, and guest experience across The Gravitique Hotel Khaosan and the pre-opening 39 Wireless Hotel Bangkok.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of both hotels.

• Lead and coach department heads to achieve operational excellence.

• Drive revenue, profitability, and cost control initiatives.

• Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.

• Coordinate pre-opening activities for 39 Wireless Hotel.

• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Thai Nationality.

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5–8 years of hotel management experience.

• At least 2 years in a senior leadership role (AGM, Hotel Manager, EAM, or Operations Manager).

• Boutique or lifestyle hotel experience preferred.

• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.

• Strong commercial, financial, and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication in Thai and English.Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
