Key Responsibilities:

Performance Analysis: Continuously evaluate team performance, campaigns, and strategies, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Knowledge Cultivation: Establish and nurture a culture of continuous learning, providing team members with the resources and opportunities to expand their knowledge and skills.
System Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of systems and processes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of branding and marketing communications efforts.
Qualifications:
Age of 27-37 years old.
Proven leadership experience with a strong focus on team development and empowerment.
Extensive background in branding, marketing communications, and PR.
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in marketing team leadership roles.
Excellent manners, good etiquette, assertiveness, enthusiasm, and physical fitness.
Responsible, honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, hardworking, patient, and dedicated to fulfilling duties.
Strong personality and excellent interpersonal skills, confident in communication, and capable of working in a team.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in English communication.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
