Job Responsibilities

• Handle the AR process for collection and settlement.
• Monitor daily AR transactions to ensure validity and accuracy.
• Prepare month-end and quarter-end journal entries related to the AR accounting area.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile AR accounts for month-end closing.
• Arrange customer billing documents, WHT, and receipts.
• Ensure invoice accuracy by collaborating with warehouse logistics and customer service departments.
• Issue debit/credit notes for trade promotion price differences or extraordinary charges.
• Prepare and control billing and tax invoice issuance to customers.
• Manage and maintain document filing.

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Basic reading and writing skills in English.
