Provide service support (implementation, troubleshooting) for manufacturing systems, including MES, BI, Planning, and M2M.
Develop backend services and tools for data collection, as well as database development.
Responsible for demonstrating software and new solutions at customer sites.
Collaborate and communicate with headquarters for software/system implementation, quotations, and proposals.
Coordinate with Panasonic customers to provide technical software support and training.
