Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cutting-edge research and development in AI and machine learning, with a focus on Generative AI, including LLMs, ASR, to build innovative products and solutions.
• Prototype, build, and deploy AI solutions that demonstrate the capabilities and business value of GenAI models within fintech applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models seamlessly into the product pipeline, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Stay ahead of advancements in AI technologies, particularly in generative models, and identify opportunities for application within the organization.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Generative AI technologies, particularly in designing and working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR).
• Proven ability to design and build prototypes of AI models and systems, from concept to functional proof-of-concept.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics or other areas that are highly quantitative.
• Proficiency in Python and related AI/ML libraries and tools -e.g., transformers, PyTorch.
• Experience in working with cloud platforms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and user-centered design
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
