• Phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, viết use case, user story.

• Thiết lập môi trường phát triển, CI/CD pipeline, giám sát hệ thống.

• Thiết kế, xây dựng, review code Backend & Frontend cho ứng dụng Generative AI (Cloud/On-premises).

• Xây dựng workflow xử lý dữ liệu, triển khai trên Cloud hoặc On-premises.

• Viết unit test, E2E automation test, xử lý sự cố, phát hành bản vá.

• Tuân thủ quy trình: JIRA, DevOps, coding standards, bảo mật.

• Tham gia daily meeting, backlog refinement, sprint demo.

• Quản lý nhóm dự án (ước lượng, phân công, báo cáo), hỗ trợ gỡ vướng mắc.

• Đào tạo, huấn luyện đồng nghiệp, cập nhật công nghệ mới (Cloud, DevOps, Gen AI).

Yêu cầu công việc

Kỹ thuật:

• Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển phần mềm hoặc data engineering (Python, Java, Scala, JavaScript…).

• Thành thạo Python 3.x, framework: Django, Flask, Streamlit, FastAPI, uvicorn.

• Thư viện: NumPy, Pandas, Requests, LangChain, LangGraph, Kedro pipeline.

• ML frameworks: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.

• Hiểu biết RAG, vector DB, semantic search, LLM, agent workflow.

• Nắm vững GANs, VAEs, NLP (SpaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).

• Kinh nghiệm 1 năm với Generative AI trên Azure (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, Document Intelligence, Video Indexer) hoặc AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Comprehend, Lambda…).

• Kinh nghiệm với SQL/NoSQL/Cloud DB: Postgres, MongoDB, S3, MS SQL, Oracle, CosmosDB, Azure AI Search, Amazon Neptune, LanceDB, OpenSearch.

• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gitlab CI, OpenTelemetry, Azure Log Analytics.

Kỹ năng mềm:

• 1.5 năm kinh nghiệm Agile/SCRUM, hiểu rõ Agile Manifesto, Scrum events.

• Tiếng Anh tốt (giao tiếp, thuyết trình, tham gia Scrum events).

• Có kinh nghiệm hoặc sẵn sàng làm việc với khách hàng châu Âu.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
