Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to our clients, providing guidance and expertise to help them achieve their business goals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying and addressing client needs.
• Lead and manage the day-to-day execution of client projects, working closely with internal teams to ensure the highest level of quality and client satisfaction.
• Continuously monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results and drive growth.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, and leverage that knowledge to develop innovative and effective strategies for our clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead the pursuit of new accounts, expanding our agency's reach and revenue potential.
• Oversee client billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in account management within a digital agency.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and driving growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to inform strategy.
• Experience with web analytics and data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
