- Direct and manage a team of SCADA technicians, ensuring production targets are met efficiently.

- Oversee system performance, address operational problems proactively, and minimize downtime.

- Maintain and optimize the SCADA system, including RTUs, PLCs, HMIs, and communication networks.

- Work with technical teams and suppliers to improve process control systems.

- Perform routine system reviews and risk assessments to maintain reliability and ensure compliance.

- Provide technical support for troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis of SCADA system issues.

- Manage incident response and coordinate system recovery efforts for continuous operation.

- Handle additional responsibilities as directed by senior management.
