As the Content Marketing Team Lead, you will be instrumental in creating and implementing content strategies that resonate with our target audience, promote our brand, and increase conversions. You'll manage a team of skilled content marketers, oversee campaign execution, and analyze data to improve performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Product Strategy and Planning
• Monitor e-commerce market trends and movements
• Identify trending viral products across various platforms & marketplaces, and guide team members in building a product portfolio to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with industry trends and customer needs.
• Develop a content calendar that maximizes engagement and drives conversions.
Team Leadership and Management
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5 - 7 content marketing professionals.
• Establish clear goals and expectations, offer guidance, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for growth.
Content Creation and Distribution
• Oversee the creation of high-quality content, ranging from viral video creatives to compelling websites.
• Monitor content performance and metrics to optimize for conversions.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creators to produce visually appealing content.
Analytics and Performance Optimization
• Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Team to track, analyze, and report on content marketing metrics and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Utilize data insights to pinpoint areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates.
• Stay informed about industry trends and content marketing best practices, and implement innovative strategies to drive results.
