Key Responsibilities:

• Wintel Administration: Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including patch management, security updates, and OS upgrades.
• Virtualization: Administer and optimize virtualization platforms (e.g., Nutanix, VMware, Sangfor, and Hyper-V) to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Cloud Technologies: Support and manage cloud-based compute resources (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) to enable scalable and cost-effective solutions.
• Backup Systems: Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Infrastructure Monitoring: Monitor compute infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Automation: Develop scripts and tools to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and resolve technical issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in compute infrastructure.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineer or Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on compute technologies.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Wintel administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, etc.).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V and Sangfor).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
