discuss Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Wintel Administration: Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including patch management, security updates, and OS upgrades. Virtualization: Administer and optimize virtualization platforms (e.g., Nutanix, VMware, Sangfor, and Hyper-V) to ensure efficient resource utilization. Cloud Technologies: Support and manage cloud-based compute resources (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) to enable scalable and cost-effective solutions. Backup Systems: Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity. Infrastructure Monitoring: Monitor compute infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. Automation: Develop scripts and tools to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and resolve technical issues. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and configurations. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in compute infrastructure.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineer or Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on compute technologies.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Wintel administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, etc.). Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Nutanix, VMware, Hyper-V and Sangfor). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions. Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies. Good communication skills in English (written and verbal). Team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
2-5 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and user-centered design
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
