Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Implementing, Supporting and Consulting clients and customers while ensuring customer requirement and satisfaction. 
• Ensure complaints and incidents be taken care, responded and resolved within SLAs and the preventive actions be established to prevent future problems. 
• Ensure readiness and accuracy on system configuration regarding integration of solution to current operating environment prior deployment to ensure that equipment and system will be integrated and operated efficiently. 

Qualifications:

• Software Implementation (Installation, Configuration and upgrading) 
• Basic knowledge usage in Operating System (Linux/Unix and Windows) 
• Basic knowledge in Network 
• Basic knowledge in Cloud Concept, experiences in any public cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.) is a plus 
• Basic knowledge in Web/API Security Concept is a plus 
• Programing Skill is a plus 
• Highly motivated to learn new technologies and drive engagements with customers 
• Able to communicate in English 
• Experience with Infrastructure on-prem and cloud would be an advantage. 
• Responsible for proactively maintaining knowledge and technical capability.  
• Able to self-learning and self-motivated through curiosity. 
• Have a passion for work.
