This is a high-level position for professionals with strategic vision, mastery of consulting, and a record of achievement in manufacturing or quality control.
As a Senior Sales Specialist and Consultant (Expert Level), you will:
• Spearhead advanced mold prevention consulting projects for multinational clients in the textiles, footwear, accessories, and hardgoods industries.
• Create and implement proactive environmental control strategies to reduce global supply chain risk.
• Perform detailed audits and root cause analyses, delivering customized, scalable solutions to client factories.
• Generate and present data-driven performance reports and predictive trend analyses.
• Work directly with senior stakeholders (brands, QA directors, sourcing leads) to develop and execute strategic risk mitigation plans.
• Train and guide junior consultants, improving internal capabilities.
• Represent YCM at public events, training sessions, client summits, and technical workshops.
