Job Description
- Perform testing for CRM / Promotion / Gamification features on Web, Mobile, and Backend;
- Create and maintain Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Reports;
- Execute Functional, Integration, Regression, and Ad-hoc Testing;
- Validate business logic: rules, participation conditions, reward distribution, and limitations;
- Review requirements (PRD/BRD) to identify risks and edge cases early;
- Prepare test data and test environments for each campaign/game;
- Track testing progress and report bugs, risks, and quality status to TL/PM;
- Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Ops teams to ensure stable releases.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Manual Testing (Web / Mobile / Backend);
- Experience in testing Promotion / Gamification / Campaign / CRM systems;
- Strong skills in test case design, Integration Testing, and API Testing (Postman);
- Ability to query databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL);
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum; strong analytical and proactive mindset;
- Strong analytical thinking and sensitivity to business logic;
- Proactive working attitude;
- Good communication with Dev & Product; able to ask the right questions;
- High sense of ownership; able to work under tight campaign/game release timelines;
- Experience in testing Promotion / CRM systems;
- Experience in testing systems with complex business logic, multiple rules, and integrations with multiple external/internal parties.
