Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Sales Engineer to become a part of our sales team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be in charge of marketing and selling our technical products and services to clients. You will also offer technical support during the sales process and ensure that customers are satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving Sales: Provide technical support and knowledge to the sales team to actively help in the sales process and achieve revenue goals.
2. Technical Sales Support: Offer technical support to clients before and after sales, answer questions, and create solutions that are in line with their needs and business goals.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain solid client connections, comprehend their technical needs, and efficiently present appropriate solutions.
4. Technical Presentations and Demonstrations: Give engaging technical presentations and demonstrations to potential customers to highlight the value of the goods or services being provided.
5. Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with internal teams to develop successful sales strategies, proposals, and product demonstrations that meet customer needs and promote overall business growth.
6. Product Knowledge and Industry Awareness: Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to ensure a thorough understanding of the company's products and their positioning.
7. Reporting: Provide reports on sales activities and customer feedback to ensure accountability, transparency, and well-informed business strategies.
8. Other tasks as assigned.
