Responsibilities:
Introducing the self storage services to customers with good understanding.
Respond to customer questions in an efficient and appropriate manner.
Answering incoming calls taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
Taking care customers to get the best experience in an, touch points.
Assist with customer outreach.
Coordinate with the marketing team and other departments.
Coordinate between our logistic outsourcing and customers.
Updating customer records and storage units.
Qualifications:
Female or Male with approximate age 22 to 29 years
Good personality and good follow up
Bachelor's Degree in all major
Initiative for problem solving
Be able to speak English (common communication)
Work 5 days per week 9.00 - 18.00 hrs.
Basic able to work under pressure environment.
Fresh graduates are welcome
Basic computer skill (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Work in Hotel, Real estate, Logistic or service business (Preferred)
Eager to learn.
High leadership and good negotiation
High responsibility
