Room Control & Reservation Agent

Responsibilities

• Manage room reservations and cancellations efficiently
• Generate daily reports on room occupancy and availability
• Coordinate front office operations to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for guests
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Assist in processing room reservations and maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
• Familiarity with reservation systems is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
