About the job

• Code/Test/Deploy business strategies including models/scorecards on the Decision Infrastructure.
• Build/Test/Maintain the access of both internal and external data sources required for decisioning engine.
• Efficient delivery of assigned Projects with utmost quality and beat the target (efforts/timelines).
• Troubleshoot & resolve issues reported by the related teams such as operations, risk, IT, fraud, etc.
• Maintain Project quality standards per defined thresholds to avoid negative impacts to business.
• Follow detailed change management protocol in implementing the business requirements.
• Leverage our 'Best Practice' implementation methods to amplify the delivery throughput.
• Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to ensure all projects related with decisioning engine getting sufficient information and launch on-time.
• Able to interpret requirement related with decisioning engine into technical logic/coding or recommend the suitable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Computer, or related fields with technology/coding, or equivalent job experience.
• Welcome new graduate or less than 1 year experience in MIS, Risk data modeling.
• Programming experience in Java/Javascript or SQL or advance excel (able to use Formula in Excel) is an advantage.
• Decision Systems experience in Blaze, PowerCurve, Triad, Adaptivate is a plus.
• Able to adopt and work with new technology.
• Strong track record of working well across teams and with external partners.
• Hustle and creativity when analyzing/solving business problems.
• Never-ending desire to grow and learn.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Logical thinking with good business sense
• Demonstrate skill in collaborating with others
• Very good in English both speaking, reading, and writing
