Quality Assurance Specialist (Web Tester)

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with developers and product managers to understand requirements and design comprehensive test cases
• Identify and report bugs and potential software issues effectively
• Conduct a variety of testing methodologies, including functional, non-functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Automate test processes to improve efficiency and test coverage
• Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to improve the SOP
• Communicate test results and provide clear and actionable feedback to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest QA trends and testing tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
• Experience in designing and executing test plans and writing test cases
• Familiarity with automation frameworks (a plus)
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Passion for learning and staying current with the latest QA advancements
