Project Manager Tech

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to closure
• Develop project plans, including scope, goals, budget, and timelines
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Conduct regular meetings to ensure effective communication within the team and stakeholders
• Provide leadership and support to project team members
• Evaluate and assess project results to identify areas for improvement
• Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure project success
• Adhere to relevant policies, processes, and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mangement or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Experience in managing complex technical projects
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
• Experience in technical requirements gathering and documentation
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build positive relationships
