• Project Initiation:
• Develop project scope and objectives, identify relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility before starting projects.
• Project Planning:
• Create detailed project plans including task breakdowns and resource allocation to monitor project progress effectively.
• Performance Measurement:
• Measure project performance in terms of timeline, cost, and results to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Tool and Technique Utilization:
• Use appropriate tools and techniques to ensure timely delivery of projects, staying within scope and budget.
• Risk Management:
• Perform risk management activities to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Project Leadership:
• Lead the planning and implementation phases of projects, ensuring effective execution.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Coordinate with all stakeholders, including team members, third parties, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Resource Allocation:
• Manage and allocate project resources effectively to meet project requirements.
• Reporting and Escalation:
• Report on project status and escalate issues to management as necessary.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support project transparency and tracking.
• Scrum Master Role:
• Serve as a Scrum Master in the sprint process, facilitating agile practices and ensuring effective team collaboration.

Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience in project management and related roles.
• Skills:
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong familiarity with project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience managing projects through the full life cycle.
