Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of SEO website development projects, from initial planning and scoping to launch and post-launch optimization.
Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to develop and implement landing pages aligned with SEO or Paid Media strategy.
Conduct in-depth research on the target website, competing websites, and industry trends to inform UX/UI design, SEO implementation, and development decisions.
Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between designers, SEO specialists, developers, content creators, and other stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Manage project risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on deadlines.
Track project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.
Maintain a flexible and solution-oriented approach, willing to go beyond core responsibilities to ensure project success and high-quality deliverables.
Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in website project management.
Proven track record of successfully delivering website projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of website development methodologies
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
Working knowledge of SEO principles and website performance optimization best practices.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. ClickUp) and website analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), including other related digital marketing tools for each project.
