Knowledge and experience in Mobile Application Development (iOS/Android), frontend and backend integration
Knowledge and experience with API platforms for building and using APIs (Postman)
Knowledge and experience with diagram tools (Draw IO, MS Visio)
Knowledge and experience with testing tools (Proxyman, Appuim, Espresso, Cypress)
Knowledge and experience with monitoring tools (Crashlytics, Newrelic, Mux)
Knowledge and experience in Google Cloud Platform, Google Cloud Storage, and Google Firebase
Key Responsibilities:
Observability: Build and maintain a comprehensive observability stack (monitoring, logging, tracing) to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Platform Stability & Performance: Implement proactive measures to ensure platform stability, performance optimization, and capacity planning.
Incident Response: Participate in the incident from the Customer Support team, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents efficiently, and implement preventative measures.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with development and other engineering teams.
Automation & Tooling: Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for operational tasks, monitoring dashboards, and application deployment.
Impact Analysis: Understand the new and changes in business requirements and be able to identify and evaluate the potential consequences of a change.
Requirement Analysis and Solution Design: Understand business requirements and provide the best API design for the integration between front-end and back-end systems. Also provide the following documentation: System workflow, Sequence diagrams, API specification, and User manual as needed.
Qualification:
Proven working experience in relevant areas
Understanding of Mobile Application Development
Deep understanding of monitoring, logging, and tracing tools and techniques
Experience working with middleware technologies like RabbitMQ, Redis, and Kafka
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong interest and ability to learn any new technical topic
Orientation toward teamwork
Initiative and independence in solving daily tasks
Good knowledge of Thai and English language
