Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Feature Ownership
- Lead the end-to-end development of new product features related to partner app integrations, True IT systems, and customer migration processes.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Oversee product roadmaps and ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
Stakeholder Coordination & Alignment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and marketing, to align on feature implementation and objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner apps and True IT teams, facilitating clear and consistent communication.
- Manage expectations and dependencies to ensure all stakeholders are aligned throughout the product life cycle.
Platform Integration & Issue Resolution
- Address and resolve platform integration challenges, working closely with technical teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to refine and optimize integrations.
- Ensure seamless operation and integration across all platforms, including third-party and in-house systems.
Delivery & Execution
- Manage product delivery timelines, ensuring smooth rollouts and migrations.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential delays or issues.
- Track progress and report on the status of ongoing projects to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform integration or technology-driven products.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of OTT platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve technical challenges collaboratively.
- Proficient in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) and data analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
