PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIST - PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Plan project development timelines to align with AWC’s business plan.
• Monitor project progresses to ensure project completion within time, budget, and qualities following AWC’s standards.
• Provide project weekly report to summarize projects’ status for upper management.
• Analyze any potential problem, provide solution, and notify to upper management for keeping project execution smoothly.
• Coordinate and work with cross functional teams to deliver and support any AWC’s projects.
• Perform other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by upper management

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Civil, Mechanical, Architect or related field.

• At least 3-year project management or construction management of high-rise projects.

• Strong ownership mindset, cross- functional working, plus result-driven.

• Excellent organizational and technical abilities.

• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

• Understand design and construction drawings.

• Experience in Hotel, Commercial Building or Retail business is advantage.

• Good command of English

• Excel in Microsoft Office programs
