About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Wood Craftsman to join our team of makers and builders. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality wood products — from custom furniture to architectural components — with precision, creativity, and care.

You’ll work with a variety of tools, materials, and designs, contributing directly to the look, feel, and durability of every piece we produce.

What You’ll Do

• Interpret technical drawings and transform them into finished wooden products

• Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently

• Select, cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood components with attention to detail

• Perform quality checks and refine craftsmanship on final products

• Collaborate with design and project teams to meet client requirements

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workshop

• Repair or restore wood items and recommend improvements in technique or materials

• Work with various types of hardwoods, softwoods, and veneers
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on woodworking or carpentry experience

• Strong knowledge of wood types, tools, and finishing techniques

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical designs

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetic quality

• Familiarity with workshop safety protocols and tool maintenance

• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have:

• Experience with custom furniture, cabinetry, or restoration work

• Knowledge of CNC machines, CAD software, or digital fabrication

• Ability to estimate materials, time, and costs for projects
