Private Client Settlement

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•   Responsible for securities settlement functions, cash receipt and payment of securities trading settlement including tracking market error, trade approval and handling fail settlement

•   Responsible for following up overdue settlements

•   Responsible for cash collateral deposit, transfer and withdrawal as well as monitoring cash movement transaction in order to prevent money laundering activities

•   Responsible for the overall stock transfer process both physical scrip and scripless

•   Responsible for handling Money Market Settlement

•   Responsible for any regulatory report, audit request and client request for asset outstanding confirmation

•   Responsible for handling new business product, new project related to operations

คุณสมบัติ

•   Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other business related field

•   1-3 years of experience in the back office and operations area in equity, 

   global investment business or background in custodian, preferably in securities is an

   advantage

•   Good command of written and spoken English 

•   Pleasant personality with service mind, energetic, enthusiastic and a good team player

•   Highly competent in administrative tasks

•   Able to work under pressure and work proactively with can do attitude

•   Must possess good judgement, logical thinking and ability to multi-task
