Work closely with the COO and other key executive team members to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and organization policies, all designed to foster growth, operate smoothly and operate efficiently within ZA;
Define the organization’s objectives to reduce and control operational risks through risk identification, risk assessment, measurement and mitigation to an acceptable level;
Plan on budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation programs;
Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability;
Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in ZA, including but not limited to professional staff, management level employees and executive leadership team members;
Foster a growth-oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines;
Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.
Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of ZA.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. An MBA from a Top Business School is preferred;
Three or more years at the Director/ C-level, managing a large organizational business;
A good team player, responsible, adaptable and positive attitude, and the hardest worker in the organization;
People, organizational and budgeting-focused mindset helpful;
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists;
Exceptional executive presence, operational acumen and presentation skills;
