Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Accounting Officer.
+ Work location: AEON MALL Da Nang Thanh Khe
+ Working time: On average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
+ Report to: Executive/ Senior Executive
• Review daily sales reports and bank information from tenants, addressing discrepancies to ensure accurate data and timely collection of sales and deposits.
• Assist tenants with the payment system, provide training on AEONMALL’s payment policies, and resolve related issues.
• Update tenant master data and perform settlements (periodic settlements for tenant sales and bank data, and tenant fees).
• Verify tenant sales data, collaborate with tenants and the sales team to conclude accounting violations and sales discrepancies.
• Implement new payment systems and resolve related issues to enhance system efficiency.
• Support tenants during store openings and closures.
• Generate reports, assist other divisions, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
