JOB OBJECTIVE: To carry out comprehensive marketing activities aimed at strengthening the company's brand, supporting business goals, and fostering market growth within the construction sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Branding & Communications
- Oversee design-related projects, including the creation of brand identity and brand strategy.
- Guide content development and visual presentation across all communication platforms such as the company website, Fanpage, Zalo OA, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain and regularly update the company's website and social media presence.
- Provide support for the organization of events, including seminars, trade shows, construction expos, groundbreaking ceremonies, and grand openings.
2. Online Marketing
- Develop and implement advertising campaigns using platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Optimize website content to improve SEO performance and increase the visibility of our construction services in search results.
- Work closely with the technical team to showcase important projects and highlight achievements.
3. Offline Marketing
- Contribute to the design of sales materials, including company profiles, brochures, catalogs, and posters.
- Manage and supervise the printing process for all marketing and sales collateral.
4. Market Research & Analysis
- Gather market data related to the construction industry, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Stay informed about current domestic and international design trends to maximize the effectiveness of design outputs.
- Analyze and assess the effectiveness of completed marketing initiatives.
