Job Description
• Be responsible for building and implementing short-term and long-term market research strategies for the Retail sector, planning survey projects, analyzing and evaluating economic trends, markets, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Orient and supervise the entire data collection process: from designing survey forms, collecting primary/secondary data to processing, cleaning, and analyzing economic - financial data, ensuring accuracy, reliability and timeliness.
• Publish periodic research reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) and thematic reports with practical recommendations to the Board of Directors related to product development, distribution channel orientation, and business strategy adjustments.
• Coordinate closely with relevant functional departments to integrate research results into internal data systems to ensure effective and synchronous use of market research information.
• Maintain relationships with strategic partners, external research agencies, and industry forums to quickly update the latest technology trends, new analysis models, and collaboration opportunities to promote business operations.
• Report promptly to the Board of Directors on macroeconomic developments, potential risk factors, and propose flexible response scenarios to help the organization proactively adjust strategies according to market developments.
