Manager - Treasury

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 10 years background in corporate treasury or Banking institution. Have direct experience dealing with banking loan, FX management.
• Good command in English that able to communicate with oversea affiliates/ oversea banks.
• Detail oriented, well managed skills.
• Experience in ERP. SAP background is a plus.

ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Manage operational daily cash management.
• Liquidity management through cashflow planning and forecasting.
• Manage FX derivatives to mitigate the volatility of FX change.
• Liaise with commercial banks to secure loan, manage banking facilities for source of funds.
• Handle documents/ agreements related to Bank/ BOT or other related to all treasury works.
• Explore source of funds from commercial banks or other modes i.e. Bond issuing.
• Manage oversea bank account opening, obtain credit facility, manage fund transfer between intercompany.
• Manage admin security for all banking system
