Maintenance Manager

Job Purpose

• Maintain a zero-accident record while performing maintenance tasks by following LSRs and completion of BBS/near missed submission

• Achievement of Machine critical classification

• Inventory count completion

• Planned vs Unplanned Work order

• Notification quality

• Maintenance plan coverage

• Inventory count accuracy

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and Implement Maintenance Strategies:

• Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize the lifespan of assets.

• Establish maintenance schedules, procedures, and work instructions.

• Equipment and Facility Oversight:

• Ensure all machinery, equipment, and facilities are maintained in optimal working condition.

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure safety compliance.

• Oversee and manage repair and installation activities

• Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.

• Implement and enforce safety procedures and practices within the maintenance department.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and implement opportunities for improving maintenance efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing equipment reliability.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and new maintenance technologies.
  
  

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or other related fields

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance

• Knowledge of proactive maintenance / PM

• Skills in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, using various measuring tools

• Analytical, counseling and problem solving skill
