Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated HR Generalist who has 1–3 years of experience in HR activities. The right person will be able to think analytically, execute precisely, and solve problems proactively. This job is great for people who like structured, process-driven work environments and who want to make HR more efficient through automation and workflow improvements. The HR Generalist will support important HR tasks and help make sure employees have a good experience and that the organization follows all the rules.
Main Objectives 1. Make sure employee data is correct, onboarding/offboarding goes smoothly, and internal communications are effective. 2. Increase operational efficiency by automating processes and finding ways to improve. 3. Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, and be ready for audits.
Key Responsibilities • Handle all parts of recruitment, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating hiring. • Make sure onboarding and offboarding are done well so employees have a smooth transition. • Keep employee records accurate and maintain data integrity in HR systems. • Help with performance management and find areas where employees need development. • Help with career development and succession planning. • Ensure the company follows labor laws and policies, and help prepare for audits. • Work with leadership on workforce planning and provide HR support when the organization changes.
