Health and Safety Officer

- Stay current on all factory safety-related topics: - Factory safety procedures - External safety procedures - Fire safety [training - procedure] - Deliver health and safety training as required by law and internal policies - Conduct safety audits - Investigate labor accidents - Perform risk assessments - Oversee public medical, safety, and hygiene practices - Conduct direct checks to ensure employees wear uniforms and PPE - Develop regulations and conduct annual safety and hygiene training - Prepare reports as requested by managers and authorities - Submit monthly and quarterly reports to the government
