Google Workspace Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Google Workspace solutions, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet, and other Google Workspace applications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Google Workspace issues
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Develop and implement data migration plans
• Train clients on how to use Google Workspace effectively
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Workspace features and updates
• Provide pre-sales technical support and assistance

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 years experience working with Google Workspace
• Google Workspace certification is a plus
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and networking
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Legal to work in Thailand
