1. Inspect, assign, and monitor the work progress of teachers and staff in charge of various departments:
- Direct teachers to properly implement the academic year's tasks, timetables, and curriculum distribution according to grade levels.
- Thoroughly study the curriculum of each class, teaching methods, professional regulations, and provide correct guidance according to the System's BOD plans.
- Assign professional tasks to each teacher and staff member appropriately, according to their functions and duties, creating motivation for teachers and staff to complete their tasks. Assign emulation targets to subordinate groups, blocks, classes, and departments.
- Implement professional regulations and rules, conduct inspections, and observe enough lessons according to regulations (announced in advance or unannounced).
- Participate in evaluating the programs and plans of groups and classes to contribute professional opinions.
- Fully implement thematic programs and competitions for teachers and students.
- Guide and assign tasks to group leaders to implement the professional plans of the groups.
- Evaluate and classify students according to the new Circular of the Minister of Education and Training.
- Direct professional groups to conduct professional activities according to the schedule of 2 times/month
2. Assist the Principal in supervising and inspecting daily activities at the school, classes, and periodic activities of the school according to the academic year schedule.
3. Implement the deployment of event programs specified in the academic year schedule
4. Assist in preparing records, documents, and official letters for storage before inspections by relevant Ministries and sectors related to periodic or unscheduled inspections.
5. Monitor and report to the Principal on daily activities and unusual developments (if any).
