Job Requirement

• Collaborate with commercial team and develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
• Support management with risk assessments, sales gap, and mitigation activities.
• Participate in new demand forecasting tool implementation and ensure of data integrity throughout business.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
• Successfully communicate forecast and required inventory estimations.
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
• Conduct bi-weekly pre-S&OP with involved parties from Sales, Marketing to Plant, Logistics.
• Prepare and participate in S&OP if necessary.
• Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, industrial engineering, statistics, mathematics or other relevant fields.
• A minimum of 4 years experience in a demand planning/forecasting role.
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
• Strong analytical and statistical knowledge.
• Attention to detail and ability to focus on numbers for both short and long period.
• Adaptability, agility, resilience to new tools, processes, and advanced software package
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and user-centered design
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
