Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize database solutions to support business objectives and enhance data analytics capabilities.
• Provide technical expertise in Database and SQL ANSI SQL and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and maintain database systems.
• Ensure data integrity and security across all database systems.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for database systems and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries and database systems.
• Implement best practices for database design development and maintenance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in database management and analytics.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of database systems and processes.
• Provide training and support to junior developers and other team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Data analysis experience preferably in commercial insurance sector.
• Expert knowledge of SQL and experience with other programming languages such as Python or R
