Creative Director

You Will Get Your Hands Dirty On:

• Conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Leading the creative team and brainstorming innovative ways in which to convey the client’s desired message.
• Developing concepts and art directions for digital ad campaigns, social media, websites, email campaigns, events or marketing collaterals.
• Coordinating efforts across all creative touchpoints: strategic planners, digital marketers, content marketing team and clients.
• Supervising creative projects from start to finish and ensuring timely delivery.
• Providing quality control over design projects.
• Motivating, training and inspiring the creative team.
• Keeping pace with online design trends and new technologies.

If You Are:

• A Thai national
• Excellent in English & Thai copywriting.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduate in Visual Communication, Design or related field.
• Experienced with 2-3 years as creative director or art director. Proficient in branding, graphic design, and web design including composition, layout, colors and typography.
• Highly creative, innovative and versatile. Unafraid to learn new skills.
• A talented presenter highly proficient in Keynote and PowerPoint.
• A team player who is able to lead and inspire the entire creative team with innovative ideas.
• Responsible with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to assign work in a comprehensive manner, and able to make the final decision that would best serve the client.
• Very proficient with Photoshop and Illustrator. Additional skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects would be helpful.
