The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education sector. However, more importantly, you should be a self-starter, eager to learn, and willing to embrace new challenges and responsibilities. Ultimately, we need individuals who are passionately committed to achieving ambitious targets through proactive effort and a 'whatever-it-takes' attitude. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Actively seek out new business opportunities in Vietnam, while building long-term, trusting relationships with customers in the education and corporate training sectors.
● Identify potential customers through various communication channels like cold calling, email, etc., to ensure they're added to the sales pipeline and produce qualified leads.
● Track monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure targets are being met.
● Work and collaborate with cross-functional team members to improve processes, systems, messaging, and alignment strategies.
● Develop strong cross-functional relationships, especially across large and complex environments.
● Build and maintain community engagement through various activities, including events, conferences, and other initiatives.
