Based in Hanoi, Vietnam, the Business Development Manager will drive profitable sales growth and increase operating income by expanding sales reach, forging new partnerships, and acquiring new clients. This role encompasses sales of both capital equipment and aftermarket products for Blowers. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new channel partners; generating leads from key accounts, competitors' clients, and emerging projects; managing partner sales activities via business plans to achieve revenue targets; analyzing market trends and formulating sales strategies to enhance brand visibility; evaluating partner performance, suggesting improvements, and providing product and service training; promptly resolving partner-related issues (sales conflicts, pricing discrepancies); managing the sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales, and identifying new opportunities; networking at industry events to build strong relationships; collaborating with supply chain, sales support, project engineering, and order fulfillment teams; and other duties as assigned.
