This role necessitates accuracy, attention to detail, and seamless collaboration between Operations and Finance. Core responsibilities include accurate data entry for cost items; invoice verification and discrepancy reporting; customer invoice preparation and processing (considering payment deadlines); timely and accurate invoice submission; general billing and clerical tasks; proper recording and filing of shipping documents; administrative tasks and report generation; invoice submission for review and approval; and other duties as assigned.
