Assist Audit Team Lead

Job Description

1. Improve accounting day to day proceed more accuracy and compliance with company policy.

2. Responsible for all aspects of financial accounting including General Ledger, monthly closing, financial reporting, auditing, and implementing financial standards.

3. Supervise inventory and fix asset control for the investment plan & fix asset transactions.

4. Responsible for a monthly package.

5. Responsible for monthly closing processes to ensure that reliable financial information is made available in a timely manner.

6. Liaison with External auditor.

7. Coach team members to evaluate the effectiveness of controls across industries and business process cycles.

8. Design and implement improvement in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of compliance standards.

9. Verify that all firm regulatory policies and procedures have been documented and implemented.

10. Support other tasks and ad-hoc assignments assigned by Manager and Management team.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting or related field.

2. At least 3-5 years working experience in audit

3. Required language(s): Thai and English or Chinese (Chinese is an advantage).

4. Able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.

5. Capable of delegating multiple tasks.

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

7. Good analytical skills.

8. Leadership and management skills with a high level of integrity and confidential.
